Scott leads Sedgwick’s property business in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He brings over 30 years of claims management experience and has previously served as an executive general adjuster across multiple industries. As President of Property Americas, Scott works alongside other leaders to improve claim processes, recruit and develop talent, and evolve services based on market trends and client needs.
David oversees Sedgwick’s property field operations across the U.S. and Latin America. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he began his career as a loss adjuster, building hands-on field experience before transitioning into operations leadership. As Executive Vice President, David is focused on driving operational excellence, improving service scalability and delivering consistent, high‑quality outcomes for clients.
Andy manages catastrophe and flood services for Sedgwick’s property business. He started his career as a multi-line adjuster, where he gained extensive experience responding to major catastrophe events before advancing into senior leadership. As Vice President of Specialty Operations, Andy coordinates large-scale event responses, works with clients to customize their programs and finds opportunities to improve service delivery.
Troy leads EFI Global, Sedgwick’s specialty solutions consulting firm. With nearly 40 years of leadership experience, he has overseen large, complex teams across multiple industries and has a proven track record of expanding operational capabilities. As President of EFI Global, Troy guides the strategic direction of the firm’s services and strengthens client partnerships to support continued growth within Sedgwick’s property business.
