In order to become a field rep, you will need a valid driver’s license, access to a printer and scanner, and a digital camera (minimum 3-megapixel capability).Once you submit the form, you will be directed to a page with next steps. Upon completion, your request will be reviewed, and, if approved, you will be provided access to our field force system. There you can view and accept product retrieval assignments.
