Christian Leif Hansen

Christian is the CEO of Sedgwick Denmark and the Nordic Region. Christian has more than 20 years of industry experience. In 2002, he founded the claims handling company which we today know as Sedgwick Denmark. Sedgwick acquired the company in October 2022. After the acquisition Christian has continued the growth journey with the responsibility for the Nordic Region and ambitious growth plans.

Elizabeth Demaret

Elizabeth has more than 32 years of experience in the insurance industry. She joined Sedgwick in 2012 and in her current role is responsible for all specialty solutions, including professional liability, special investigations, Medicare set-asides, risk control, subrogation and credit card/warranty services.

Henrik Nedergaard Thomsen

Henrik is specialized in complex commercial disputes and other contentious matters. His practice spans from leading Danish and international insurers to Danish public authorities. With a wide range of experience in the Danish courts, he takes instruction in relation to general liability, professional liability, product liability, personal injury, subrogation and recourse, regulatory and administrative liability.

Jonas Stenderup-Larsen

Jonas has 15+ years' experience within casualty insurance, of which +10 years have been in casualty broking positions. Jonas is focused on international casualty insurance and has developed extensive knowledge and experience with structuring and placement of bespoke programmes within products liability, recall/contamination, environmental liability and professional indemnity with emphasis on design and build coverage.

Mark Buckingham

A renowned authority in the field of product safety and recall, Mark has partnered with the world’s leading brands in the medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer product, and food and beverage sectors. Over the last decade, Mark has executed product recall and remediation strategies in over 100 countries and 50 languages. His experience is regularly sought to help safeguard brands and reputation in the global marketplace.

Julie Ross

Julie is recognised as an expert in product-related recall and equivalent events. She has formerly served as underwriting manager for product recall and crisis management with a leading Lloyd’s underwriter, and an international broker for product recall placement. With more than 20 years’ experience, Julie works alongside our clients offering strategic assistance from best-practice recall prevention to global execution.
