With more than 20 years’ experience, Julie works alongside our clients offering strategic assistance from best-practice recall prevention to global execution.
Sarah-Jane Dobson
Sarah-Jane is a market-leading practitioner in international products law and acts on regulatory, litigious and policy matters across the full product lifecycle in respect of product safety, compliance and product liability issues. At Kennedys Law, Sarah-Jane has been involved in some of the most prominent international product safety and litigation matters, including handling the largest global product recalls and product launches.
Timothy Nash
Timothy heads the UK Product Recall team at Marsh McLennan. Providing risk transfer and risk management solutions in the specialist area of product contamination/recall, Timothy and his team are responsible for placing risks from the Marsh network into the leading global product recall insurers. He works closely with both domestic and international offices assisting with their placement requirements.
Ian Bailey
Ian has over 20 years of underwriting experience, specialising in product recall and contamination for the last 15.
