Recall insurance – protect your brand and peace of mind

This short 30-minute best-practice session will equip you with everything you need to know to effectively mitigate the regulatory, operational, and reputational risks that commonly arise with recall events.

Specially focused on the ‘essentials’ of product recall insurance, our experts will guide you through the key considerations, common missteps and risks companies commonly overlook when selecting a policy.

Even if you have recall insurance in place, we encourage you to join this session to ensure your policy will deliver when a crisis occurs.

This 30-minute session will be accompanied by a downloadable eBook, offering helpful tips and practical guidance from our 25+ years of experience managing 5,000+ recalls in 60+ countries and 50+ languages.

How prepared are you?

As supply chains become more diverse, and regulatory environments more complex, companies face increased liability and exposure. Recalls can come with a significant price tag, so ensuring a policy covers your ‘specific’ risk profile is crucial.

During this first short 30-minute session, you’ll discover:

  • What to consider when evaluating recall insurance options
  • How recall insurance differs from general liability insurance
  • Best practices for working with insurers before, during, and after a recall
  • Tips for getting the most out of your policy, including how to leverage your insurer’s partner network

On the day, we’ll also be joined by key strategic partners: Sarah-Jane Dobson (Partner at Kennedys Law), Timothy Nash (Head of Product Recall at Bowring Marsh), and Ian Bailey (CEO at Perigon Product Recall), who will provide essential guidance and advice for effective insurance policy selection.
